View estimated due dates for requests

Overview

This guide explains how to see the estimated completion dates for your requests in Asset Essentials. This feature helps you track progress and reduces the need for follow-up inquiries.

When a Supervisor or Technician adds an expected due date to a work order, you can now see that date directly on your requests in Asset Essentials. This "Estimated Done" date is available on the Web and Requestor app.

For more information, see the Asset Essentials documentation for Requests, Work Orders, Request Updates, Asset Essentials Mobile, and Requestor App.
